You can subscribe to the SMA - Sailor Moon: Abridged podast by clicking the link. At the top of the page there are options, allowing you to choose the subscription method of your choice.

This podcast is iPod-compatible. Simply select "Choose Application" if you do not see iTunes listed as a subscription method.
